What does a first session with you look like?
Your initial appointment will be about 30-45 minutes, depending on the time we need to formulate a treatment plan that you are comfortable with. We will review your medical and mental health history, family history, social history, and other pertinent information. Please bring a list of all current medications and previous medications, including any over-the-counter supplements. I am also happy to review any previous health records you would like to share with me.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
Comprehensive screening tools and a detailed psychiatric evaluation will be performed during your initial appointment to help us create a customized treatment plan that you're comfortable with.
