Inspired by being able to connect with others. I assist people to see their strengths and transform their lives from the foundation.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I utilize engagement techniques to create a safe space for clients to express themselves and feel heard. I assist each client with gaining insight into their strengths and learning positive coping strategies. The evidence-based techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and motivational interviewing techniques are utilized in sessions to assist each individual with attaining their goals.
