What does a first session with you look like?
On your first day of therapy, you can expect that I will offer you a cup of tea to soothe and relax any anxiety you may be feeling. I provide a caring environment where you can identify and explore those issues that may be getting in the way of a more rewarding home life and career or of more fulfilling relationships. The goal is to help provide you with the insights and tools you need to move beyond old, limiting beliefs and behaviors.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
