What does a first session with you look like?
I foster an atmosphere where my patient feels heard and that their needs are prioritized in terms of mental health.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
The relationship between the practitioner and the patient is, in my opinion, one of the most crucial elements towards getting a better result from treatment. As a result, before beginning to provide holistic care for a patient, I like to learn more about them. My extensive experience and knowledge in acute care medicine and psychiatry have helped me tremendously in determining when collaborative care is needed to deliver integrated mental health care to my patients.
