What does a first session with you look like?
My patients will take away from our sessions, feeling of Wellness, Hopefulness and a better understanding of their health problem. Patients will also take with them additional resources that can be useful concerning their health. Holistic care for patients has been a driving force in my professional career. My goal for every session would be to improve health and quality of life for my patients. SMART goals (Specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, and time-bound) goals will be set at the beginning of every patient case. Follow up sessions would be to evaluate the progress of the set goals for each patient.
