What does a first session with you look like?
After a first session, a client can expect to establish tangible goals and receive homework that helps them take the next steps. I am a firm believer that therapy is not just about what happens in session, but the work put in between sessions as well. I love being a therapist, not so I can see clients forever, but so I can help them get to a place and gain the tools for therapy to no longer be needed.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
Therapy is not one size fits all. I work with my clients to see what approaches resonate with them, and work to tailor sessions to the needs of each individual.
