What does a first session with you look like?
Every session promises a safe place where you can bare your heart and get some relief. Goal setting and pursuit of personal vision are skills amongst many that will be learned in every session. There will be psych education and home work in the area of presenting problems at the end of every session.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I use combination of treatment methods and tools. Gottman, CBT, EFT, and Solution Focus.
