My mission is to provide patient-centered mental healthcare with excellence in quality service and easy access to services. I am committed to the wellness of mind for individuals, their families, and the community through prevention, intervention, treatment, and education of mental health. Furthermore, I believe in fostering hope and confidence in the ability to conquer life stresses and enrich the quality of lives for my Clients.

What is your style/approach to therapy?

My treatment method consists of a person-centered approach with evidenced-based medication management while working as a team. I provide a combination of psychiatric medication, and supportive talk therapy while encouraging lifestyle changes.
