Medication Management: As part of a patient's treatment plan, I can recommend and oversee psychiatric drugs. I carefully evaluate each person's symptoms, medical background, and drug reaction to choose the best pharmacological approach.

 Psychotherapy: I frequently use cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), interpersonal therapy (IPT), and psychodynamic therapy as part of the treatment. These therapeutic approaches support patients in exploring their feelings, thoughts, and actions and creating better-coping mechanisms.
