What does a first session with you look like?
“Wellness requires a safe space to process what’s needed to achieve a social, physical, spiritual, financial & mental balance." In my years of practice, I’ve discovered that everything in life requires balance. Working on one area of your health without the other is counterproductive to the goal of balance. In my office, I teach and assess for areas of health that needs the balance.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I approach counseling using dialectical behavioral therapy, existential therapy and the BLT approach (Being yourself, Living with Intention and Trusting your Instincts)
