It can also help us to focus our attention, as well as to observe our thoughts and feelings without judgment. Solution Focused therapy: Short-term goal-focused therapeutic approach, which helps clients change by constructing solutions rather than focusing on problems. Crisis intervention, positive reinforcement, time-limited activities, and immediate behavior reinforcement.
