What is your style/approach to therapy?

I provide faith-based therapy to individuals struggling with chronic illness, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, grief, and trauma.

What does a first session with you look like?

As a therapist, my goal is to help you find purpose in your pain, better understand yourself, and heal from any wounds that may hinder you from walking fully in who God has called you to be. I use a person-centered and cognitive-behavioral approach to therapy while integrating faith and spirituality in the emotional healing process.
