I always try to encourage my clients to drive their treatment and support them in developing the skills they need to live a healthier, balanced lifestyle.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I use a wide variety of interventions based on your individual goals including strengths-based, client-centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
