What does a first session with you look like?
The first session, as with all Thriveworks therapists, will involve talking through your needs and goals for therapy — whether those involve managing depression, anxiety, relationship problems, or another mental health challenge. This will enable you to receive the very best care, as a personalized treatment plan will then be developed for subsequent sessions. Thriveworks helps people live happier, more fulfilling lives. What is your style/approach to therapy?
I offer a variety of counseling approaches including CBT / Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems. As a young clinician in the field with 12 years of experience, I understand the unique issues that impact adults in today's society.

Paige Hartmann is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) who has 12 years of experience working in the mental health field in various settings (hospitals and outpatient clinics) with a wide range of populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and couples. Paige has been working as a clinician for 3 years, focusing on treating depression, anxiety, mood disorders, personality disorders, and eating disorders. Paige completed her Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology at Bridgewater State University and her Master of Arts (MA) in Counseling Psychology at Assumption College with concentrations in Children & Family as well as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Paige utilizes CBT, dialectical-behavioral therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches to meet clients where they are, as well as promote the development of positive coping skills to help clients reach their goals.Paige has a warm and empathetic demeanor and seeks to establish a strong rapport with her clients to assist them in establishing essential skills to help them achieve their therapeutic goals.
