What is your style/approach to therapy?

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) which is used to help you find new ways to behave by changing your thought patterns. You will be able to focus on your present-day challenges, thoughts, and behaviors.

What does a first session with you look like?

In your first session, an evaluation will be completed that will ask questions about your symptoms and when they first began. Some questions will be asked about your history and family's history. You will provide goals that you would like to accomplish as far as therapy services. After your first session, a follow-up session will be scheduled to start working on areas you need help with the most.
