When we work together it will be goal-directed based on what your needs are.

My primary focus is a holistic cognitive-behavioral person-centered approach that allows you to have the tools to manifest positive changes in the life you desire. Tools utilized include guided meditations, breathing and other relaxation techniques, and other CBT strategies.
