What does a first session with you look like?

The first session, as with all Thriveworks therapists, will involve talking through your needs and goals for therapy — whether those involve managing depression, anxiety, relationship problems, or another mental health challenge. This will enable you to receive the very best care, as a personalized treatment plan will then be developed for subsequent sessions.

What is your style/approach to therapy?

I offer a variety of counseling approaches including Addiction, Anger, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, Borderline Personality, Depression, Domestic Abuse, Grief / Loss, LGBTQIA+, OCD / Obsessive-Compulsive, Postpartum / Pregnancy, Relationships, Sexual Abuse, Trauma / PTSD and Women’s Issues.

What are your biggest strengths as a therapist?

I am here to help you (your partner and family too, if desired) heal from trauma, abuse &/or relational wounds, shame, attachment issues & codependency, marital/couples issues, &/or addiction issues by providing support & coping skills to help you stand taller with a higher sense of personal and relational mastery.
