What does a first session with you look like?
I desire that you feel heard and seen without judgment. You can feel free to fully vent your concerns, feel your feelings, face your feelings or even yourself.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in my practice. I especially enjoy guiding meditation and helping others to cope with anxious thought patterns. Additionally, I am trained in providing grief support for those who've experienced loss.
