What does a first session with you look like?
Starting in our first session, I will give simple practical tools you can begin using immediately to bring relief from suffering and begin breaking the patterns of who you have been. Together week by week we will walk confidently in the direction of who you are becoming on the other side.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I am deeply trauma informed of Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. I utilize tools and methods from Internal Family Systems Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, Nondual Inquiry, Polyvagal theory, the Science of Yoga and Tantra principles in my work with clients. If you feel called to help others I also teach students who desire to learn how to hold space for others in my own coaching academy training program.
