What is your style/approach to therapy?
I use a Cognitive and Dialectical Behavioral Therapeutic approach, which incorporates a Mindfulness perspective. In layman's terms, we will talk about your Thoughts, Feelings, Emotions and Actions in hopes of figuring out a new out look/ perspective for your life. Change maybe difficult at first, but it is Inevitable. My goal is to help you "Embrace that Change" through a combination of Talk Therapy and Mindfulness Practice.
