What does a first session with you look like?

The first session, as with all Thriveworks therapists, will involve talking through your needs and goals for therapy — whether those involve managing depression, anxiety, relationship problems, or another mental health challenge. This will enable you to receive the very best care, as a personalized treatment plan will then be developed for subsequent sessions.

What is your style/approach to therapy?

I offer a variety of counseling approaches including Anxiety, Career, Chronic Illness, Coping Skills, Depression, Divorce / Breakup, Eating Disorder, Grief / Loss, Infidelity, Life Transition, Medical / Health Issues, Men’s Issues, Relationships, Self Esteem, Stress and Women’s Issues.

What are your biggest strengths as a therapist?

Together, we will become a healing team and will partner in what will be a holistic, personalized, creative plan that is designed to nurture your growth and help you experience true, lasting positive change.
