Within each session, we’ll begin by focusing on one win you’ve experienced that week. We’ll then dive into whatever area you want to focus on what’s coming up for you. You can expect therapy to be problem-focused and relatively short-term, typically lasting between 3-12 months depending on your goals. You’ll leave each session with heart work, and at least one activity to focus on between sessions. Within our sessions we’ll practice self-regulation techniques, you’ll learn more about the connection or disconnection between your thoughts and emotions, plus identify subconscious beliefs that are holding you back. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), trauma therapy, Mindfulness, and spiritual support.
