Each session with you is to help you achieve self-actualization, and I will offer: unconditional positive regard (UPR) – accepting and valuing you. Congruence - being honest and transparent in how you experience yourself and your world. Empathic understanding – seeing your viewpoint as if they were you. Above all, you should expect a therapeutic environment that is compassionate, empathetic, and safe. My role is to offer you insights into your experiences, advice on how to handle issues, and evidence-based treatment for mental health conditions.

I believe in person-centered care with evidence-based treatment approaches and I strongly feel that this approach will build a connection with my clients and it is a vital aspect of providing care. I use evidence-based practices with a focus on person-centered care and optimal clinical outcomes targeting quality of life, maximizing wellness, and recovery. In this approach, I will incorporate the total person and their life apart from their role as a client. In person-centered practice, as a provider, I will ask clients receiving care what they feel, believe, and prefer, and how they perform and respond to the activities they value in their context, not just in a controlled clinical environment.
