You can expect to have a safe environment to express your thoughts, experiences, and feelings. Possibly gain new insight or be able to reframe narratives in your life. I provide tools such as self care methods or coping skills to help with life.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I frequently use narrative therapy in exploring your life and experiences. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is also in my toolbox when trying to enact change.
