What does a first session with you look like?
My approach is solution focused and tension reduction. New or old to therapy? No worries, my approach is customizable. You will gain a personalized and creative coping skills plan geared towards your healing. My hands on approach works well for clients through education and homework. Let's get creative together.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, solution focused, dialectic behavioral therapy (CBT) and talk therapy to assist my clients with their issues. My experience also includes horticulture therapy and personal fitness training (connecting the mind and body).
