What is your style/approach to therapy?
I focus on helping you identify where they feel stuck and what aspects of their lives they would like to change, while also helping you identify manageable steps to grow. This process does require honesty and transparency by you so I can understand what is most important to you and help you co- create a realistic action plan to realize your goals.
What does a first session with you look like?
Our first session will be to get to know each other and try to identify a realistically achievable therapy goal(s). Therapy is a collaborative process that does require consistent effort and focus to achieve desired change. You can count on me to support you in pursuit of your goal(s).
