What does a first session with you look like?
Our sessions will not hesitate to find humor and fun in therapy time and work on managing stressors, anger, and setbacks with acceptance and growth. You will be met with compassion, empathy, and understanding at your pace and comfort level in a nonjudgmental and open space.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
Trauma-informed care takes a closer look at how life's greatest struggles continue to linger and impact stress management, relationships, personal confidence, and overall happiness. Cognitive behavioral therapy addresses how your thoughts, feelings and behaviors all affect each other and how addressing one can enhance another, little by little beginning with acceptance and a safe space to heal.
