I create a warm environment in which clients can share their concerns and hopes, without fear of judgement. I help you identify specific goals and, also recognize the many strengths and skills you already have.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I work with teens and adults and utilize evidence-based clinical interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Bowen Family Systems, Motivational Interviewing, and Sand Tray therapy.
