What does a first session with you look like?
I strive to break down the barriers to provide access to mental healthcare so that anybody can get the care and meds they need immediately. I provide services for individuals facing various mental health challenges. With the help of our experts, I strive to understand every situation my clients are faced with Mental health (16 years and over)I believe in collaborative care to meet and exceed the client’s expectations.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I used patient centered care method, I utilized screening tools such as PHQ-9, for depression, GAD-7 for anxiety, MDQ mood disorder questionnaire and sometimes ASRS for ADHD.
