What does a first session with you look like?
If you decide to choose me as your therapist, I will support and offer a safe space to explore your goals and needs. I enjoy building connections and understanding who you are, what motivates you and what barriers might getting in your way. I take a holistic approach and use my yoga background to incorporate somatic interventions and mindfulness practices to compliment therapy.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I lean on a mix of using psychodynamic, trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness practices. Sessions are tailored to you and your specific needs, which may include different intentions to address varying needs.
