What does a first session with you look like?
The first session is a biopsychosocial assessment to help me understand circumstances surrounding your primary concern. Next, I work with you to create a plan based on your goal and desired outcome. Subsequent sessions would involve executing on your plan.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I use various treatment modalities based on the needs of my clients. My main modalities include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Parts Work, interventions from logotherapy, bibliotherapy. I also integrate knowlege from the field of neuroscience.
