The first session, as with all Thriveworks therapists, will involve talking through your needs and goals for therapy — whether those involve managing depression, anxiety, relationship problems, or another mental health challenge. What is your style/approach to therapy?

I offer a variety of counseling approaches including CBT / Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems. I believe that each client is unique & has inherent strengths that can be built on. I tailor my interventions & approaches to meet my clients' needs. I believe in using a variety of theories, techniques & creativity in helping my clients reach their goals & continue on their life's journey!
