The first session, as with all Thriveworks therapists, will involve talking through your needs and goals for therapy — whether those involve managing depression, anxiety, relationship problems, or another mental health challenge. This will enable you to receive the very best care, as a personalized treatment plan will then be developed for subsequent sessions. Thriveworks helps people live happier, more fulfilling lives. I offer a variety of counseling approaches including CBT / Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems. I believe that each client is unique & has inherent strengths that can be built on. I tailor my interventions & approaches to meet my clients' needs. I believe in using a variety of theories, techniques & creativity in helping my clients reach their goals & continue on their life's journey!

She is passionate about helping children, adolescents and adults address their unique challenges. Rachel completed her Master of Science in Community Counseling at Southern Connecticut State University. Rachel believes that each client is unique & has inherent strengths that can be built on.
