The first session, as with all Thriveworks therapists, will involve talking through your needs and goals for therapy — whether those involve managing depression, anxiety, relationship problems, or another mental health challenge. I offer a variety of counseling approaches including CBT / Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems.

Rachel Kelly is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with 14 years in the mental health and addictions field. Rachel works with adults who are seeking help for trauma, addiction, anxiety, depression, Women s issues, and life transitions. Rachel completed her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Lock Haven University and received her Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Arcadia University. She has a person-centered and solution-focused approach and utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing, among other modalities. She also likes to use art in order to provide a different way of looking at issues than just traditional talk therapy. Rachel believes that everyone deserves to have time for themselves, be heard, and feel comfortable. She seeks to establish a caring and secure therapeutic environment to allow you to build on your strengths and meet the goals you have in mind and want to set for yourself.
