Learn more about my:
What does a first session with you look like?
The first session, as with all Thriveworks therapists, will involve talking through your needs and goals for therapy — whether those involve managing depression, anxiety, relationship problems, or another mental health challenge. This will enable you to receive the very best care, as a personalized treatment plan will then be developed for subsequent sessions.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I offer a variety of counseling approaches including Anger, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, Coping Skills, Depression, Divorce / Breakup, Domestic Abuse, Infidelity, Life Transition, Relationships, Stress, Trauma / PTSD and Women’s Issues.
What are your biggest strengths as a therapist?
As a daughter, friend, sister, mother, grandmother, and person who has experienced many of life's stressors, I bring compassion and a desire to understand my clients to each session. I value the importance of the therapeutic alliance and endeavor to make our sessions as therapeutic as possible.
