What does a first session with you look like?
Your first session will probably involve your therapist asking you many questions about yourself, how you cope, and your symptoms (it's an interview). I will use that information to see the best treatment plan. I believe in the dual treatment plan to include medication management and psychotherapy
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I plan to use a variety of treatments – including various forms of talk therapy, medications, psychosocial interventions, and other treatments (such as electroconvulsive therapy or ECT), depending on the needs of each patient. In addition, ketamine therapy is for those with resistant depression.
