What is your style/approach to therapy?
Everyone is unique, no two clients the same. Therefore I use a variety of evidence based therapeutic approaches. I will take a problem solving approach and treat each client with respect and warmth. We will form a plan specific to your needs.
What does a first session with you look like?
At the first session we will get to know each other. Clients should expect a judgement free and open environment where they can feel safe, find comfort and validation. We will explore what brought you to therapy and what goals you would like to work on Many of my clients describe me as warm, engaging, and with a good sense of humor as we all need to be able to laugh a bit along the way.
