What does a first session with you look like?
Whether you’re struggling internally or interpersonally, my goal is to help clients recognize their self-worth and teach them strategies to better weather life’s challenges. I believe in a collaborative/supportive, yet challenging therapeutic approach. I aim to assist my clients in taking concrete steps towards healing, growth, and self-actualization.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I integrate (TF)CBT, solution-focused, psychodynamic, strength-based, and family system modalities into my therapeutic approach. I strongly endorse evidence-based practices as well as western pharmaceuticals in conjunction with therapy (in some cases).
