Rebecca Causene is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and has over 10 years experience working with a diverse population. She has worked with children, adolescents, families, and the geriatric population as an agent of support and guidance. She specializes in anxiety, stress, depression, family issues, relationship issues, OCD, life transitions, and much more. Rebecca Causene has a Master s degree in Social Work from Rutgers University. Rebecca has experience as a behavioral health counselor working with adult patients with mental illness, conducting group psychotherapy with voluntary and involuntary psychiatric patients. She has studied several modalities that includes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), crisis intervention, mindfulness, and grounding techniques to bring healing to those in need.
