What does a first session with you look like?
Together we will work as a team to help you achieve your goals using tools that will help you cope with your stressors.I will provide you with a safe and supportive environment where you can work toward positive and lasting change. It takes a great deal of strength and courage to reach out and ask for help, and you have already taken that first step in your journey.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I use a holistic approach to help women and men work through the challenges of depression, anxiety, stress, and relationship issues. I use a combination of mindfulness and strengths-based techniques to help clients discover their true selves. I believe therapy is not one-size-fits-all and should be tailored to fit the individual needs of the client.
