I use CBT, solution focused, problem-solving therapy, motivational interviewing, trauma therapies, and play therapy when appropriate. We can tailor the therapy to fit your needs and learning style. I am always looking into and learning about new therapies, new techniques, and ways to support you. Remember, this therapy is about you and your growth.

What does a session look like? That depends on you. I am flexible and believe you are the expert on you. I promise to be respectful, engaged, and present for you. I will provide the space that you need to address what you believe you need to address. I will also provide information, teach skills, and offer a professional perspective. I will challenge you to consider change, see your successes, and embrace your strengths. The range of emotions you can experience is exciting and overwhelming, we can work through them together. Sometimes you will walk away feeling lighter and free. Other times you will be more pensive and focused. Through ups and downs, I will be here for you on this journey.
