What is your style/approach to therapy?
I work with several counseling theories that are designed to help individuals accomplish their therapeutic goals. I will use several techniques that are helpful in reaching clients with their personal goals and place they would like to be in life.
What does a first session with you look like?
I will support all clients in their growth to a healthy state of mind. I will work with client to develop goals that are attainable and comfortable with each client. I would hope to develop a therapeutic relationship with a client so that they feel comfortable and willing to work through what they are going through. I am interested in helping clients of all ages from 5 years and up.
