The first session, as with all Thriveworks therapists, will involve talking through your needs and goals for therapy — whether those involve managing depression, anxiety, relationship problems, or another mental health challenge. What is your style/approach to therapy?

I offer a variety of counseling approaches including CBT / Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems. My background working in-home settings gives me a unique perspective on exploring every day issues that may arise.

Rebecca Lech is a Licensed Resident in Counseling with 8 years of experience in the mental health field. She is passionate about helping people of all ages become their own advocates and creating an atmosphere of hope. Rebecca s goal is for each person to achieve their goals and work to gain a sense of peace within themselves. She is prepared and equipped to handle unique and personal challenges that are present in each person's life. Rebecca specializes in depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, life adjustments, and helping parents gain effective skills. Becky completed her Master of Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Grand Canyon University. She has experience working with a variety of people and is able to work with people where they are currently. Her professional experience and training allow Becky to encourage and support her clients in whatever they may bring to the session. Becky uses a variety of treatment approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, play therapy, and mindfulness. As we go through life, we all experience some hard times and are in need of some extra support. Becky believes that she can provide that support throughout this chapter in your life to help you gain insight and learn how to handle stress and situations like this in the future.
