Rebecca Parham LCSW
General Office Hours
In Eastern Time
A stronger sense of how to honor yourself, manage emotions, cope with symptoms and struggles, problem-solve, practice resilience, assert needs/boundaries to others, and develop clarity about your own history while building a more positive future.
I approach therapy from the perspective that you know your own history, life, and hopes for the future. I partner with you in building more healthful strategies to be able to move forward safely, positively, and confidently. I am an integrated therapist, meaning that I draw from many different therapeutic approaches, including trauma-informed, harm-reduction, person-centered, humanistic, existential, solution-focused, strength-based, motivational, experiential, compassion-focused, mindfulness, and cognitive-emotional-behavioral. It's a priority for me that your therapy experience is tailored to you.
