What is your style/approach to therapy?

I utilize a variety of treatment methods and tools to help my clients heal and grow. These include: Expressive arts therapy: This type of therapy uses art, music, dance, and other creative activities to help clients express their emotions and experiences. Humanistic therapy: This type of therapy focuses on the client's strengths and potential for growth. It emphasizes the importance of empathy, unconditional positive regard, and self-actualization. Trauma-informed therapy: This type of therapy is designed to help clients who have experienced trauma. It focuses on understanding and addressing the impact of trauma on the client's life. Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT): This type of therapy helps clients accept their thoughts and feelings without judgment, and to focus on taking action towards their values. Embodied expression: This type of therapy focuses on helping clients connect with their bodies and emotions through movement, breathwork, and other practices. I believe that each client is unique and that the best treatment plan is tailored to the individual's needs. I am committed to working with my clients to create a safe and supportive space where they can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences.
