What does a first session with you look like?

The first session, as with all Thriveworks therapists, will involve talking through your needs and goals for therapy — whether those involve managing depression, anxiety, relationship problems, or another mental health challenge. This will enable you to receive the very best care, as a personalized treatment plan will then be developed for subsequent sessions.

What is your style/approach to therapy?

I offer a variety of counseling approaches including ADHD, Addiction, Anger, Anxiety, Behavioral Issues, Bipolar Disorder, Career, Coping Skills, Depression, Divorce / Breakup, Grief / Loss, Infidelity, LGBTQIA+, Life Transition, Narcissism, Relationships, Self Esteem, Sexual Abuse, Stress, Trauma / PTSD and Women’s Issues.

What are your biggest strengths as a therapist?

As a clinician that has worked with children, teens and adults, in the midst of extreme stress and crises, I have the experience to join you in your struggle and help you claim a more grounded and meaningful life.
