What was your path to becoming a therapist? What inspired you to choose this profession?
Regan Haight is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Utah who has been practicing since 2009. She has a BSN from Westminster College, an MSN from University of Utah, and is Certified Integrative Psychiatric Provider and Certified in Psychedelic Assisted Therapy from Integrative Psychiatry Institute. Regan understands the complex variables that contribute to symptoms that lead to impairment in function and decreased quality of life. She also understands the limits of conventional medications. Regan seeks to align individuals with treatments that aim to support and invoke the power of inner healing. She can help clients clarify their diagnosis and understand what their treatment options are. Regan has a more in-depth knowledge about the impacts of the microbiome, diet, and nutrition, as well as stress and trauma on the body and how that manifest into mental health symptoms. After 13 years of medication management, Regan now focuses on assessing and treating the root causes of mental illness and assist people in restoring wellness. Her treatment plans are evidenced based, individualized, based on data collected from assessing gut health, neurotransmitter metabolism, thyroid and adrenal function, and nutritional deficiencies.
