I aim to empower and encourage individuals seeking emotional wellness to pursue their inner strength, resilience, and peace with courage and embody the belief that TRANQUILITY AWAITS.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
My primary treatment method is person-centered therapy because I believe every person is their greatest advocate. However, I rely on an integrative approach to help clients navigate this path utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and other scientific-based approaches as appropriate.
