What does a first session with you look like?
During the sessions, we will be exploring the reasons for seeking therapy and will be prioritizing your needs. I will provide a safe and non-judgmental environment. We will assess goals and continued need for therapy in our session and work towards graduation from treatment.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
My treatment methods will be focusing on client-centered approaches, cognitive-behavioral, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, strength-based therapy and other interventions as needed. I also have experience in grief and bereavement.
