What does a first session with you look like?
Our sessions revolve around the client and what they want to explore that day, whether it's something we've been working on or something that popped up since last time. I love to include psychoeducation in my sessions, so aside from any techniques and approaches we may try, I want the client to have an understanding of why their brain is doing what it's doing and how to go about managing or altering it.
