What does a first session with you look like?

During our first session, my job is to ask questions, listen to what brings you to session, and to get a better understanding of your situation to implement best practices on how to proceed with managing your mental health care. I take great pride in walking with you on your journey to healing. I look forward to meeting you and with helping you along your path to healing.

In a comfortable & supportive atmosphere, I offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each of my client's individual needs to attain the personal growth they're striving for. I am very relatable and a good listener who conveys genuine and authentic empathy and rapport for all of my clients. My job is to help you reach your goals by achieving TANGIBLE RESULTS to observe organizational productivity and performance enhancement in your PERSONAL and BUSINESS LIFE. My calling in life is to help bring people to a better place compared to when I first met them and that's what drives me to maintain a private practice in addition to having a full time career with the county of Los Angeles and balancing being a husband and father of two.
